Background
Wayne is 50 something and currently studying at Victoria University researching sentencing consistency in the District Courts. Prior to that he was part of the Sentencing Establishment Unit working on draft sentencing guidelines. He was a public servant for 25 odd years with the last 15 years in the Justice Sector, mainly in the court system.
