Murray Short is an experienced leader, public servant and people developer. He led the Probation Service, and the Fines Collection and Courts divisions over a 13 year period. He was also Acting Chief Executive, Ministry of Pacific Island Affairs. Until recently Murray was a Relationship Manager with the Leadership Development Centre.
Wayne Goodall is a former Public Servant who spent 15 years in a variety of policy, analytical and managerial positions in the Justice Sector. He is currently midway through a PhD focusing on sentencing.
Kim Workman is the Director of Rethinking Crime and Punishment.
